Privacy Policy
This page summarises how MindsetShift handles personal information. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before being relied on.
Who we are
MindsetShift is a leadership transformation partnership based in the United Kingdom. References to"we", "us", and"our" refer to MindsetShift.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly through the enquiry form, the Intention Gap Scorecard, the Wayfinder thinking space, and any email correspondence you initiate. This typically includes your name, email address, role, organisation, and any details you choose to share with us.
Guide downloads and newsletter signups
When you request a guide, a check-in or the newsletter, we collect your first name and email address. We use them to send you the file you asked for and, unless you unsubscribe, occasional leadership insights by email. Your name and email address are stored in our Supabase database and are also passed to Kit, the provider we use to send email. Guides themselves are held in private storage and released only through a short-lived download link created after you submit the form. You can unsubscribe using the link in every email, or ask us to delete your details entirely through the enquiry page. We do not sell or share these addresses for advertising.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the resources or services you have requested, send communications you have opted in to, and improve our work. We do not sell personal data.
Third-party tools and processors
Parts of this site rely on third-party tools. Categories currently in use include a backend and database provider for storing enquiries, a transactional email service, an embedded diagnostic tool that powers the Intention Gap Scorecard, an embedded AI thinking space that powers Wayfinder, and embedded video for podcast content. Depending on how you use the site, your information may be processed by these tools. The full list of vendors, lawful bases, retention periods, and any international transfers should be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified legal professional before this policy is relied on.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Some embedded third-party tools (for example the Scorecard, Wayfinder, and podcast video embeds) may set their own cookies or storage when you interact with them. This should be reviewed and confirmed before being relied on.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can unsubscribe from email communications using the link included in every email.
